Our 30' food trailer is properly equipped to handle large volumes of hungry customers when paired with an appropriately sized and themed menu. Typical service speeds range between 60 - 120 guests per hour, an average wait time of 30 - 60 seconds.

Due to the open nature of the trailer, pictured below, there is seasonal availability, typically from April - November.

The sides open to become awnings so it's certainly possible to operate in any weather condition.

 

Event Minimums

Different times of the week and different times of year reflect a minimum commitment, prior to service charge, fuel charge and sales tax, for food truck / food trailer / or cart services, depending on your favorite term! Please see the rate schedule below.

Peak Season (May & June)

Monday - Thursday: $1,000

Friday & Sunday: $1,500

Saturday: $2,000

 

Summer & Fall Season (July, August, September and October)

Monday - Thursday: $750

Friday - Sunday: $1,000

 

Shoulder Months (April & November)

Any day of the week: $500

 

, Service Charge & Sales Tax

All menus are subject to an 18% service charge and 6.875% sales tax.

 

A La Carte Pricing, Fundraising, Non-Profit Events, and Transactional Sales

It is possible to construct menus in a pay per item consumed format, however, the minimum, as outlined in the event contract, will be the required down payment prior to the event and is non-refundable. Any additional charges incurred at the event above and beyond the minimum will be billed accordingly on-site.
