While some people love it, and others are not as enthused, it's always a memorable occasion that's been implemented for everything from graduation parties to weddings.

Pig Roasts include covered buffet tables, all cooking equipment, and staffing. The guest of honor can be cooked on-site or cooked at our facility and transported over. Typical events feature two hours of set-up and on-site prep, followed by four hours of continuous service, and lastly thirty minutes to breakdown and clean up. The following menus adhere to this schedule, and are subject to an 18% Gratuity plus Applicable Taxes and Fees. Each menu can be customized to your specifications.

A word about our fine swine... general rule of thumb: one pound of pig (live weight) per person. This will yield about a half pound of meat per guest. The pricing below reflects this, however, as stated above, menus are flexible and adjustable.
